Our Story
Top Scoop was founded in 2025 by Dan Worley and Jay Boone with a simple goal: to help dog owners with the not-so-fun task of picking up and disposing of dog waste.
Based in Greenbrier, Arkansas, we proudly serve both residential and commercial clients in the Greenbrier and Conway area. We offer flexible dog waste removal services—weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-time cleanups—and assist commercial properties with managing and maintaining pet waste stations. Residential clients enjoy the freedom of no contracts, while all of our customers benefit from a convenient customer portal and our satisfaction guarantee.
